Prompt: Time is not static, instead it is effected by many things such as velocity or gravity. This effect is called time dilation. If you were to start two clocks at the exact same time then transport one to another city, they will display different times. The most notable case of time dilation is a black holes affect on time. If you were to fall into a black hole and live, you would be able to see the entire life of the universe passing faster and faster as you fall further into it.
