Emrys has a hard time meeting new dogs. She is quite timid, as has been that way since she was very little. She is a rescue, so for for the beginning of her life she was not socialized at all, thus her fear for other dogs and sometimes people.
Nowadays, her handler takes her to be socialized with people, dogs and even some other animals once a week, to get her used to contact.

Sadie can be very excitable around new dogs because she loves making new friends. Unfortunately, she can be a bit too friendly to the point of being overbearing, especially for dogs that are more reserved in nature. She means well though and her happy-go-lucky nature can be quite infectious, even to the shy types, and it's not too hard for her to convince others to play with her.

Liliana rarely, if ever, meets other dogs; when she does, she gets frightened and freezes in spot not knowing how to react to new dogs. She dislikes when new dogs get in her personal space, how do other dogs enjoy being so close? She has a hard time trying to fit in with other dogs; she wants to join them, but canโt figure out how.

prompt: enoki is a Social boy. being around other dogs, either from his own kennel or others, has always been his very favourite thing in the world. sometimes it's a bit much, like on a walk: if he passes another dog, he'll often cry, wanting to go over and meet them and play. it took quite a lot of careful, positive training that's continued to this day to keep him from getting distracted and over excited at shows - even then, enoki has his days where the possibility of getting to play with other dogs is just too much. he's not a dominate fellow when it comes to other dogs, happy to follow and join in other games, and appease to more dominate dogs. enoki doesn't cope well with being alone, it was how he came to saint otterlake kennels - he couldn't cope with being the only dog, destroying several cushions and howling the house down the moment his humans left. since coming to saint otterlakes and having other canine companions, there hasn't been any recurrences of such behaviours.

upon meeting a new dog, sin is shy and introverted. she will whine and hide between her owners legs, shooting looks at the other dogs and just generally trying to stay away from them. after a while of watching and studying, she will slowly inch her way closer and closer, as if she is invisible to them if only she moves slow enough. once they notice her, she will jump on them and it is as if she was never insecure in the first place. she loves other animals in general; it just takes a minute for her to get comfortable.

registered name: SLC Lucky Pay Out, "Lucky"
sex: Male
Lucky is dog selective, meaning some dogs he gets along with very well, and some he doesn't. With one dog, Lucky may be outgoing, playful, and inviting, while another he may react aggressively and standoffish towards. Some, he may even exhibit fear, usually with fear barking and the classic tail tuck between the legs. Unfortunately, there is no real pattern that is noticeable to determine the reason Lucky may react such a way to certain dogs, perhaps it's their scent, or body language throwing him off.

sex: Female
Maizie tolerates dogs, she prefers older dogs with a calmer demeaner and can play for hours with another calm and relaxed dog when they become playful, especially with a game of chase with one of her favourite toys, but can tolerate puppies and rambunctious dogs to a certain extent, though much like her name implies, she can turn on a dime when she reaches her threshold with little to no warning, for her and other dogs safety, she is usually not allowed to greet most dogs, unless the other dogs are known to the handler. The reason for this behaviour is unknown as Maizie came from a different kennels, but the most likely cause of her reaction was her being injured by a puppy or an overexcited dog.

Oh Aster, you sweet summer pup.
She tries her best to be friendly and her body language and tail are showing all the signs that sheโd love to approach the dog and make new friends. However, after the initial sniff, Aster blanks out. She doesnโt know how to proceed with socialisation from there. Now itโs just an awkward stare where neither of them are initiating a play bow or anything.
So Aster does what she does best, look at her owner, whimper and do a walk of shame, dragging her owner anywhere but near the dog she just met.
