trustworthiness: I’d say you have a 50-50 chance that this pantheryc is lying to you— he has a fun time tricking people, (and most don’t think he has an ability at all) but draws a line for himself so he doesn’t go too far, though he does let himself go very far sometimes.. viper is a frequent in netheric and faeric guilds near his home, and he considers himself a merchant of sorts. (oh, it’s so easy to lie about where goods came from!)
he often uses his ability for pranks on his fellow factionless, and he uses it to lie about where he gets his wares (they are totally not from another faction! no— they weren’t stolen! why would you think that?).
