What positive change have you seen in your life this year?: I’ve gotten a little better at drawing from a realistic standpoint, as much as I dislike it.

What positive change have you seen in your life this year?: [can be short or long !! no requirements either way] Learned how to crochet, which has been a surprisingly fulfilling art medium to work with! So that’s pretty nifty, I’d say.

What positive change have you seen in your life this year?: I got a therapist so hopefully I can start sorting out my mental health
Also! I finally got to a podiatrist about my foot injury I got 10 years ago and now I have orthotics for my shoes so I'm not in constant pain, and I'm going to be going to a physiotherapist fairly soon to hopefully take it down to not aching randomly either so that's nice too

Lately, I've been doing positive affirmations each morning. At first, I thought they were just silly and that affirmations wouldn't really work, but I've noticed that regardless of whether or not it really works I still have an attitude shift. When I start each day saying: "Today I am filled with positive energy. I greet this day with confidence and ease. I will go through my day with an open heart and an open mind. This day is filled with possibility and potential." I notice that I do feel optimistic and confident about my day, even when it's a tough day I see a significant change in my attitude because I feel capable of handling it.

What positive change have you seen in your life this year?: I re-awakened my love for minecraft and roped my bf into joining in! It may not seem like much, but expressing my creativity like this is a pretty big thing for me and I'm having so much fun.
Also, I finally got a small hole in my tooth filled in. No more berry seeds getting stuck in there for hours :, )

I moved into a new home and I’ve been able to enjoy having my own private space for the first time! It’s been a wonderful experience even though it was definitely a stressful process.
Have a good day y'all.

What positive change have you seen in your life this year?:
One thing that's been a major positive change for me was developing and coming to a peaceful understanding of how to properly move on from major losses in one's life. Since the start of covid-19 and up to about two months ago I've lost a varying amount of things from lovely family pets to jobs, and the end of a very long-term relationship. This is something I've really come to understand as needing personal life experiences to do, but, I've been able to improve my mental health and thinking process exponentially since learning to let go of the past by moving on to be happier.

One thing that has been my mantra throughout this difficult year has been something one of my 10th-grade teachers told me many years ago: "Things will work out the way they are supposed to, they may not be the way you want them to, but they will eventually work out." Now, I get to share this with everyone else here! Things will get better and so many people are here to support you whether you know them IRL or not <3
