Yes, litters from the Stars nursery are free! However, please note that you can only breed adult Stars cats here; OC cats and cats from other species will not be accepted. You can read more about Stars and how to adopt cats on the main page.

If you're just getting started in Stars and don't have any cats yet, you can breed two nursery NPCs to get your Clan started! (But please note that you will need to make a Clan archive within a month, or else the kits will be readopted!)
