Tell me about a time they were lucky: For Klee, every day she manages to wake up on time is a lucky one. Notorious for being late to every function, party, and appointment, most know to expect her at least 20 minutes later than the scheduled time. You’d think Klee is a very irresponsible individual, but as it turns out, she truly just doesn’t have any luck! She could set hundreds of alarms, go to bed bright and early, leave her house at 6 am in order to avoid traffic; but no matter the precautions she takes, the outcome is always the same. That is, until one day, she forgot to prepare for the next morning.
When she awoke the following day, she was not greeted by any of her alarms or even the warm embrace of the sun, rather panic found its way to her and away she went to pack her things. She never once looked at the clock, fearing it being much later than she could’ve ever imagined, until she stopped to grab a quick snack.
6:40 am, the clock read. She blinked twice, walked right over to it, and carefully examined it. This just couldn’t be right, no way. She was never early...but sure enough, that day she was! If anything, perhaps her days of unusual misfortune were over! It taught her that, no matter how prepared you are, always expect the unexpected..(even if it’s a suspicious reoccurrence)
