to hold, to be held - sonri set down the controller, hands shaking. this was supposed to be a pretty game, something fun and beautiful, a pastime to get away from the realities it felt better not to face. her heart swelled like a balloon and she tried to hold back tears, feeling childish for even considering she might cry. she walked through the introduction, as naru found and cared for ori, and couldn't help thinking of her sister. but all good things come to an end. ori's montage of memories broke her heart so thoroughly over again, she set down the controller, just wishing she could be held.

prompt: the game i picked is called the longing. it's a gorgeous game where you play as the shade. all you have to simply do is wait 400 days (to wake up your king). while you do, you can explore, read, create art, and more. it's an extremely neat little game.
this game to me relates to both the fumi's personality and appearance - let me explain.
nano is a shy fumi. like the shade, they spend their days alone, wandering and exploring. they don't talk much (unless it's to themselves) and they have a curious and artistic side.
the appearance relates to the game in more of a metaphorical way. when you look at the game as a whole, it has so many different parts to it, that all come together to work perfectly - like the insides of the clear controller.
