Austin is a very old country kinda guy. He grew up out in the country and has brought his music taste with him. Austin loves howling along to the guitar, and always beats his tail in rhythm. Since a young pup Austin has been rather gruff and grim. However, he is actually rather humorous (at least he thinks so, but its more sarcasm than anything) and caring. He keeps up his façade as a memoir to his old days where he worked day after day on a large ranch, working with cattle, sheep, and birds, and didn’t have time for personal matters. Over the past few years however he’s softened up, especially with the coming of Felix. He looks at her like a daughter, and is constantly telling her to live each day like it was her last. All he wants is for her to be happy, and like a lot of good old country songs they’re about love (well in Austin’s view it’s more of a father-daughter love, but love all the same), and he believes that everyone should be shown kindness and love. He takes her to do anything she wants – swimming at the ocean, sneaking out under the stars for hikes, getting on the back of a horse – he just wants her to live life to the fullest. His favourite tunes to howl along to are Tim McGraw’s “Live Like You Were Dying” and Ronan Keating’s “I Hope You Dance”. He loves the lyrics as well as the beat, and tries to instil on young Felix to never fear anything.

In all honesty i've been putting off judging this way too long. And i regret it- the finished forms are all so lovely and made my job so difficult.
With it being over a month since the end date, and with it being particularly hard to choose between some forms, i've decided to reward some forms in particular that spoke to me very much with something that hasn't been done in SFA yet!- which also required i change a rule involving them.

The official winner for these two adopts is nio! I have such a soft spot for soft daughter-dad relationships and I'll be honest even though it was a short read, for Clyde in particular the song + the form made me tear up lil bit. such a sucker for that kind of relationship, and i felt it fit best for these two! Ps- Love the art you did of Ceres they look so lovely thank you so much <3 <3 <3

As for the special thing i was talking about- RUs!
You can find the rules on how to create an RU on the main page, but they'll be located under this image specifically. Because I felt so strongly for these forms specifically with the characters and songs, and felt bad due to how long its been, I really felt I should make up for it with a reward. Don't expect this often from me! (also i had to change it on the front page a tad so that other artists can make a case for a form or multiple to me so they can give RUs outside the norm)

conversett - holy cow i love your form as well, it was a very unique take and having ceres be the first they met tying into the genre of music they love was very interesting! part of me felt maybe it wasn't fitting to the look of the bean but tbh i just love the work you put into the form and am a sucker for shanties. <3 (Applied for Poodle Mix)

Mythz - although it seems you only got to finish your main prompt, i feel like i can't separate the two, especially with the reasoning for the songs you chose. Soft vibes for the mans <3 (Applied for Schnauzer Mix)

dino cat - very adorable beans! admittedly the last forms i had checked as you had won another pet from me "recently" but it only felt fair to give you the chance to have an RU as well given how much love you like to put into your forms and how the songs felt very tied to the characters in personality! However you can only get an RU for one of the two, so choose wisely! (Applied for both)
