This Kepren comes from Kinman's Dwarf, aka PHL 293B. A low-metal blue compact dwarf galaxy that is about 22.6 Mpc from earth. This dwarf lies within the Aquarius constellation! Befitting for all the Aquarius' between Jan 19 and Feb 19!!

[UC] - Long tail fur edit, Heterochromia, Long dragon-like whiskers, Other pupil shape (square)
[VR] - Glowing eyes (both glow and leave a small trail behind the Kep, use white and overlay)
