Hoyo's flitting around the office area and kitchen back and forth, making note of everything he can on a STACKED clipboard. Is he OK?

He catches your eye again, and gives you a big smile as he comes over to you, scribbling onto his clipboard still. "Hi!" he chirps, giving you a classic Hoyo smile. "I was thinking with An last night, and I wanted to hold a big, big raffle to give everyone some gifts! I think everyone would like it!"

You agree, nodding eagerly. Hoyo perks up even more than you thought he could, and he scribbles down on his clipboard even more. Once he's finally done, he clicks his pen with a happy sigh, and waves you over. What's he planning?

The raffle system works with being able to enter for one ticket, but by participating in event activities and fulfilling prompts from the occasional prompt system, and even special events on the discord! While the raffle isn't open yet, be sure to participate in as much as you can for maximum ticketage!! There's gonna be really good prizes!!

The raffle is now ready to be entered!! Everyone to start off with gets one ticket just by posting a form, but additional activities can earn you an additional +1 ticket!

ways to earn additional tickets:

marking the main thread (umikuris main page, not the event one) +1
joining the discord +1
trying out (even if you didnt win!) for event adopts +1 (each tryout = an additional ticket)
giving a compliment to someone (in or outside the community) in your form +1
entering for a prompt +1 (if you entered for both, +2)
providing a suggestion for future adopts/a tidbit advice for the species +1
