Hoyo and An are stood over a table, you think you still spot a fleck of flour on An's antenna. They're both looking at a laptop screen, with a single WordArt title that says "fun time!" giving way to a long stack of text

An looks behind him and spots you looking, and gives a curt nod. "Hi." he grunts, taking the time to dust off his antenna. "Actually. We could use your help again."

Confused, you turn around with Hoyo beaming at you. "We've been thinking about adding a small writing competition for some days of the party!! We wanna put everyone's memories into a special scrapbook!"

"Mhmm!!!" Hoyo beams, elbowing An. "But we aren't very good at writing and stuff... So thats why we're gonna make it a competition! You'll get some sweet prizes if you win each round! You willing to spread the news?"

Well I would say that the perfect drink for New Years has to be either Italian soda or sparkling cider. The reason for Italian soda is that it’s a fizzy and delicious drink and blend of flavors. And sparkling cider because it’s a traditional New Years drink. But some times it would be cool to have like a hot chocolate or Somthing sweet on New Year’s Eve. Or we could make a sweet concoction of Soda and a smoothie... hm that would be interesting

The Cipher

I looked around the kitchen frowing. How was I supposed to make a drink when I had no experience in bartending?

I sighed before spotting some extra cake batter; the batter flavors were vanilla, chocolate, and birthday bash.

I wasn't sure what type of drink I could nake out of those, but I had been on a Gravity Falls binge and decided to use the cake batter for a milkshake after some careful thinking.

I used food coloring to dye the vanilla cake batter yellow and dyed the birthday bash cake batter blue and kept the chocolate the same color since it was already dark.

I kept the three batters seperate as I added in some milk to give it a more liquid consistency.

I put the chocolate batter in the glass first then the now yellow vanilla batter and then finally the blue birthday bash batter before dyeing some whipped cream blue and topping the drink off with the dyed whipped cream and a light dusting of black and yellow sugar sprinkles.

"I guess I'll call this: The Cipher."

Ingredients
1 can lemon lime soda
1/4c cranberry juice
1/2c pineapple juice
1 pineapple ring
1/4c pineapple boba pearls

Zano observes Hoyo somewhat hesitantly, wondering why he wants to work with him of all slugs. Probably because he's the only living creature in sight, the umi decides. Not because they wanna be friends or something.

"I... guess that would be sorta fun," the Zano slowly agrees. "But I'm not a chef, so..."

Suddenly, his eyes light up. "I—I think I have an idea!"

In his haste, he empties his pockets, watching all of their contents scatter onto the table. He tenderly reaches for the small vial the second before it clinks onto the surface.

"This will make it interesting," the umi explains, but then he quite literally glows a soft green, embarrassed at the attention that he must've just drawn to himself.

Shifting uneasily, Zano asks, "Do we have grapes? And a glass; obviously, we'll need one to make drinks. And... a blender, I guess would be nice."

He waits for the equipment to materialize in front of him, then puts them to use, one by one. Green grapes into the blender, chopped and squeezed into juice, then emptied into the glass.

The umi scrutinizes the end product, a pale green juice looking similar to certain types of wine.

"And now..."

Zano shakes the mysterious vial. The liquid inside flashes between streaks of bright gold and pale blue. He opens the lid, and he pours some of the glimmering potion into the glass. There's a splash, followed by an abrupt explosion. Sparks dance, moonlit and radiant, in the sparkling, grape-tasting drink.

"Because y'know... you're gold, and An's blue. It's grape because together you'd make green."

The slug offers a shy smile, then holds his vial out. "The secret ingredient," he says. "It gives it the spark, and it'll make the drink pop on your tongue."

He holds Hoyo's gaze for a moment. "I'd call it 'nohayo' if I were you. The drink, that is. It's an amalgam of your names."

Zano then breaks the connection, gathering up whatever's left on the table and returning it back to his pockets. "But, you don't have to, of course. And... Hoyo? You were right—this was kinda fun."

with one sip take a trip straight to the ER for the new years !!

with a base of cotton candy bang energy drink, mixed lightly with your choice of koolaid or gatorade, you can then add a mix of skittles, fun dip, sour patch kids, baby bottle pop, 4 pixy sticks, a few drops of juicy drop pop, two to three warheads and lastly top it with pop rocks. afterward you can have a funky cool trip, but only once.

alternatively, if you're feeling adventurous, you can lightly carbonate your koolaid for extra fizz! (extra on the medical bills tho)
