Suggestion 1: Vulpine - Adjetive that means related to or resembles a fox. Comes from latin.
Suggestion 2: Decassatus - Part of the binomial name once the cross foxes had before it was concluded that cross foxes are only a variation of the red foxes.

Suggestion 1: reineke - in German fabels, the fox is called "Reineke". He's a big liar and always manages to talk himself out of any trouble, basically the stereotype of a fox.
Suggestion 2: firebrand - pretty self-explanatory, the fur colour looks like a fire to me!

Suggestion 1: Reynard (another spelling could be Reynart) - named for the folklore character by the same name, Reynard the fox, who was a popular pro-peasantry character who frequently made nobles/aristocracy the bad-guys in his adventures.
Suggestion 2: Zorro - literally just means 'fox' in Spanish, but it's likely more commonly associated with the film "The Mask of Zorro" about a masked vigilante, or the lesser-known term of a "zorro mask" found in charcoal bengal cats

Suggestion 1: for the red fox, ember. i just thought of that color due to the rich red and orange mixed coloration this collie produced.
Suggestion 2: for the cross fox, decassatus. "At one time the cross fox was considered to be a separate species from the red fox, and was given the binomial name Canis Decassatus."
