Creepy Crawly page 2
THE HORSESHOE CRAB!!
Limulus Polyphemus
These oceanic critters are named for their U-shaped bodies, resembling a horse's hoof. Their body is separated into three sections, the head, the abdomen, and the tail. They are found all around the United States and live in the Atlantic Ocean and there are similar types of crabs located in the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean in Asia.
Do your own research too! I found an awesome article from the National Wildlife Federation, linked below.
Let me know if you think Horseshoe Crabs are creepy or scary! Also let me know if there's any creepy critters that you would like to see me research next!

omg omg I love this!!! I hope you continue this series :] your art is very pleasant to look at; I think you used soft shading in a very pleasant way and the way you structured the drawing as a whole is reminiscent of posters I would see in science classes in school, which is super fitting I think! the facts of course are also a great draw to this post and I can't wait to see what critters you have in store in the future :]
