Route Three of the Hawthorn Hooves Stable Event
The blizzard was on its way. As the sun was threatening to dip behind the horizon and turn the evening to night, someone shouts out, something about hearing a horse walking. The group quickly follows the sound, unsure what could be making the noise, but another member shouts about spotting a cave.
Sure enough, when the cave is inspected, several pairs of equine eyes gaze hopefully outwards, delighted to have finally been found.
This is a Route Three horse! Remember you must first enter in the Route Three prompt before you enter for any horses listed as route three. You may only win two horses per route, excluding the horses listed as "Special," of which you may only win one total.
This horse was hesitant to leave the cave. How did you manage to get them out?Owner:

It was understandable that he was reluctant to leave the cave, unfamiliar territory combined with the looming threat of a blizzard was sure to rattle anyone. Let alone a lost horse who had hidden with similar souls, simply trying to huddle together in search of the warmth each other provided. He was the last one left in the cave due to his reluctance to leave, it would take some careful coxing to attempt to convince him to try leaving.
Isabela kept up a soft steady croon in the stallion's direction, body language calm, and unthreatening as she made her approach, dark eyes focused on his ears and body. Dino was tense but not so tense that he was about to swing around and direct his hindquarters in a fear-driven attack on the women. The stallion allowed her to approach, relaxing slightly as her gloved hands smoothed across his coat, checking gently for injuries. Isabela, once confident that Dino was in a safe enough condition to be moved, slowly slid the headcollar she had slung over one of her shoulders down into her hands. Letting him snuffle at it before carefully slipping it into place over his head and attaching the lead rope.
At first, Dino refused to move, even with the alluring smell of mints when they were produced from a pocket. The cave was safe and now somewhat familiar unlike outside which was still strange and unknown to him, the others had all been far too quick to be taken out of the safety. He was not so fast to want such a thing, remaining firmly in place and only taking a tiny step as Isabela dropped the lead rope and retreated to her greying mount's side. Wait, where was she going that wasn't allowed! Dino was almost indignant as he slowly chased her only to find she had simply gone to retrieve something from the bag attached to the other stallion's saddle. Was that bit of pumpkin?! His interest had been firmly peaked and she only just grabbed the lead rope before he could step on it in his eager haste for the orange treat.
Unless I post somewhere, I'm not selling/trading closed species critters.
