Bruno loves people! But not so much the shady strangers. Sure, he'll jump on a woman and a child and let them pet him and play with him, but a rag-tag on the street? Bruno is sure he can take his pick when it comes to who he hangs out with. It goes the same way with dogs. If there's another friendly corgi, he'll glad run up to them and wag his tail. But a huge beasty rottweiler brute? He thinks not. And cats? Oh never.
One day, on a fine evening, Bruno was taking himself for a neighborhood stroll, when something rustled in the underbrush beside him. He whirled around in that direction, and began to growl aggressively. It was a fair warning that he was not in the mood for playing. A small baby rabbit bounced out of the bush, and nibbled on it's hands, stroking them over it's silky, soft ears. Bruno tilted his head. Why was this small thing not running away from him? He barked at the odd creature. Startled, the little bunny jumped up, and onto him, hugging it's tiny arms around him. he backed up, shaking it off. The bunny sniffled, and started to tear up. Bruno felt an awful guilt absorb him, and so he approached the bunny, and sat down next to it. The rabbit stared for a moment, and then peeped, and started to run around in circles and circles around him.
WIP!!
