Yōkai is only spoken of in whispers. Few have seen them as they reside high up in the mountains which are covered in dense misty forests.

It is unclear what the intentions are of this mysterious entity. Some villagers swear it is a bad omen, bringing misfortune and mischief to all that find them. Yet others say it is a benevolent forest spirit. That the Yōkai brings wealth and good luck to all those that pass it and do not disrespect it.

Regardless the Yōkai is shrouded in mystery. Few have attempted to find it high up in the mountains but it seems the fox will only be seen if it wishes
