As you approach one of the houses you see a women standing off to the side with a grin, fake fangs exposed. The yard is decorated so that it looks like a cave, and she beckons you to come over to the porch. From the ceiling of the porch cave hang fake bats of various sizes all hung in place by a string tied to their back. Offering you a pair of scissors she turns to look at the bats.

"If you want to win some candy, all you have to do is pick a bat and cut it down. Each of them have a number on their backs, the number they reveal is the number of candy that you get. Some of them are low, some are high, and there is one jackpot amongst them all. Let's see which one you can get lucky enough to snag."
