Lambicorn name: Lumos
Gender: non-binary
Mythology: Lumos is said to be one of many celestial beings capable of creating stars. Gathering stardust for millennias on end. Birthing new solar systems with the leftover dust.
A young boy looking to be eleven or ten, skips up to a man hunched over at a desk. "Hey pop?", spoke the boy, fidgeting in his spot. The man he called pop looked up from his stack of papers, tired but happy eyes greeting him. "Yes son?", he replied drowsily. The boy noticed his father's tired gaze and sleepy voice,"It's okay never mind" he replied quickly.
"Now hold on there boy, what is it?", his father asked upon seeing him turn to leave. The boy paused, thinking about his words carefully, "I just wanted to hear about Lumos again...before I head to bed". The weary man smiled and stood up, his bones creaking while doing so. He laughed, ushering the boy out of his study. "Get to bed now", he ordered gently. The boy smiled widely, rushing off to his room at breakneck pace, or, as breakneck as his little legs could take him. Practically jumping into his bed, he began wrapping himself in his blanket.
His father chuckled at his actions, seating himself on a wooden chair by his bedside. Starry-eyed, the boy urged his pop to hurry along, completely forgetting his nervousness from earlier. "Lumos is what some of us earth-trodders like to call star walkers".
WIP? Maybe?

Lambicorn name: Isadore
Gender: She/Her
Mythology:
The stories surrounding Isadore vary from civilisation to civilisation. Some see her as an evil presence, while others view her as innately good. Some see her as a bringer of destruction and other's as a bringer of life. The most common theme is that she is the bringer of life and death, and oddly enough, rain. These come up in 75% of cultures that recognise Isadore and her many forms as a figure to worshipped or feared.
Regularly associated with the colour red, Isadore is synonymous with the evening as she brings night with her into the sky. The stars that follow behind her are often viewed as the souls of the dead. The reddened sky of sunset is believed to be Isadore and the souls resting in the sky, looking down on the living and checking an eye on surviving family.
Isadore's association with rain mostly derives from her being attached to life and death, since rain can cause new growth of plants while also causing destruction. The sound of thunder is believed to be the sound of the dead souls marching across the sky, while lightning is Isadore sending souls to be reincarnated. It is believed that if carvings of her image are submerged in water, rains will soon come.
Many cultures don't realise just how great and powerful Isadore is, some even simply seeing her the deer god that brings rain. Isadore is a creator. She brought forth many of the other gods and goddesses that roam the universe blessing and condemning the creatures that walk upon her sibling's creations. She awakens stars in the skies and she feels the pain of all concious beings within the universe, she mourns each of their deaths and celebrates each of their births. She cries oceans when planets die and carries their souls with her until she can find them new homes elsewhere in the universe, away from her brother's far crueller hands. She is just in her destruction, while he is not.
