Accept, and take whatever it is the stranger is offering.
You accept the stranger's offer, murmuring a 'thank you' as you are passed a dish. It's hard to see what it is, in this darkness. You glance around uncertainly. ''If I had wanted to harm you, I would have done so long ago, friend.'' The voice rumbled. That didn't reassure you.
There are a few things on your plate. Something that smells sweet, and is round, accompanied by a soft, spongy pastry, and a square shaped cookie. Which do you eat first? Or do you decide not to eat them?
Do you..

Pay your respects.
You decide to pick a few flowers, being sure to stay respectful of the graves around you. You now have a nice, thick bouquet of wild flowers, all different vibrant colors. Walking back towards the grave, you set down the flowers and gaze at the engraving on the grave. ''Dracone von Eros'' is scraped into the headstone. You were so busy reading, that you did not notice the shadow standing behind you, casting a dark silhouette over the grave in front of you. Startled, you whip around, your heart thundering. ''Do not fear, I mean no harm. You have shown great courage and respect coming here. I'm sure you can see, I have not had as many visitors as I used to, back then.'' The voice comes from a large equine, a draft, by the look of it. Eyes glowing, the equine disappears, and reappears next to you, casting a cold chill down your back.
Do you...

Approach the tree, and examine the crystal.
You approach the grand, arched roots. The tree creaks, and a sudden burst of wind whips around you. You raise your hands, shielding your face against the mercilessly sharp wind.
''Stranger...''
''Foe?..''
''Destruction?...''
The tree seems to whisper to you, and the wind disappears as abruptly as it had appeared. You blink, and reach for the crystal. It shimmers brightly, and seems to slightly spark as you pick it up. Gently, you examine it, turning it with soft fingers. Was this the secret the stranger was speaking of? A surge of power shoots through your body.
Do you...
> Ask the tree about the crystal.
> Head towards the graveyard, crystal in hand.
