You nod your head a couple of times, and turn towards the general vicinity of the voice, away from the tree. The voice murmurs something incomprehensible, and summons you with a clearing of their throat. ''Come.''
A few minutes pass, as you follow the voice hesitantly from a distance. Crickets sing in the background as you squint ahead, trying your best to find the source of the voice. Nothing. It seemed as if the voice was a figment of your imagination. Moments later, you emerge into a large, gated courtyard. The fences are topped with sharp spears, and the thick, cast metal fences glitter with a silvery light, caused by the reflection of the stars above. Many graves and memorials are lined across the ground, and thick trees line the outside of the yard. You pause, unsure. ''Don't be afraid. Would you like something to eat before we begin our little journey? I made them myself.'' The voice seems to be coming from your right side. Turning, you inhale, ready to answer.

You decline. ''Well, I won't try to stop you. Be warned, the spirits who roam this countryside do not take kindly to the unworthy. I learnt that the hard way...'' The voice ebbs away, and all falls quiet, except for the distant hoot of an owl. You turn, and begin the trek along the dirt path that leads to the graveyard.
You near the entrance to the courtyard, taking in the landscape ahead of you. Summoning your courage, you find yourself walking through the array of graves. One memorial in particular, catches your eyes, and you find yourself coming to a stop in front of it. Unlike the other graves, who are all lit by a small light placed in the ground, this one had no flowers or offerings. You ponder for a moment. An idea pops into your head.

You remain silent, blinking. ''Ah. You're welcome to come find me in the graveyard, but there is a secret hiding here, in this very tree. I encourage you to follow your instincts, but cautiously.'' The voice edges away, and you are left standing in the same place you were in when you first arrived. Something catches your eyes, something glistening in the starlight. Near the roots of the tree, is a crystal of some sort..
