Hello Stars Players,

I just wanted to let you know that there has been an update to the Stars rules.
We can no longer refund MYO ticket or custom purchases after 7 days any longer,
this is to ensure that our artists are not punished for user's backing out of
agreements made many weeks in advance.

If you have ordered a custom and one of the artists has not gotten to it, please
feel free to message me regarding the custom and I will be able to sort it out for you.
