Design: The Serpent of Coral Bay
If you have ever traveled the land of Auternia, you would have heard of the serpent. A terrifying creature that lurks beneath the waves of the sea. To the East, the playful serpent of Littan Sea, to the far South-west, the family of serpents that haunt the Draken Sea like ghosts, and to the Midwest, the ship sinking monster of Coral Bay.
Few have ever seen the Coral Bay beast with their own eyes and lived to tell the tale, for the deadly serpent's wrath has destroyed every ship that has dared enter it's home. Leona is one of the few to have seen and survived an attack from the monster. In her younger years as a crewmate, she traveled across the trading routes on the Grover, but alas, the ship was thrown into Coral Bay during a storm, and was viciously wrecked by the beast of the bay. She and one other crewmate were the only survivors. As a tribute to that time, she had an image of the beast tattooed across her body, as a reminder of what she survived, and what she would one day see again.

The general idea was the flag of his crew on his shoulder, the ocean waves upon his belly and front legs as well as paw pads, the octopus and its coils on his backlegs/tail, as well as a seastar and on his flank an x added for every successful venture hes been a part of so far!

Not...actually... a pirate...
Well, yes, technically she does PIRATE, but she pirates movies, video games, stuff like that.
BUT she takes great pride in this, and as such has committed to looking, talking, and acting like a real pirate.
To emphasize her devotion to the pirate lifestyle, she got a rad tattoo that turns her flank and lower back into a pirate ship!
(don't tell anyone, but she likes to use it as an action set piece for her elaborate ongoing game of lego pirate lambie action figures!)
