Below is a form from the previous adoption page, it will be considered during the judging.aray17 wrote:Owner's Name: aray17
Dog's Name: Catch me if you can // Mitzi
Other pets and their personalities: I have quite a few dogs that can be found here:
Golden Hills Baltics Kennels. Quite a few of my dogs are very extroverted and have lots of energy. These are my high-energy dogs that I let run in my pasture: Ford, Lyra, Alei, Althea, Everest, Harley, Penny, Davidson, and Rashida. All of my dogs are good tempered and I could see Mitzi latching onto Rashida or Althea. All of my dogs are super friendly and sweet so I do not think any of them would try to fight Mitzi.
Are you willing to put in the time and effort to train your new dog? Yes, I am more than willing to put in the extra hours to train her and to get her to behave. I would not allow her to be alone in the house until she's completely trained. I would use no negative methods that could potentially harm her to train her. I would use the rewards system. She would not automatically be on the sled teams because she would have to build chemistry and relationships first.
Do you know what heartworms are and how they are prevented? Yes, they are passed by infected mosquitoes and are treated with shots. They can't necessarily be prevented, but topical creams and chews can help prevent them.
Are you willing to make any changes or special alterations in order to accommodate any special needs your new dog may have?: Yes, I would keep her in an empty stall in my barn while I trained her and would keep her in the pasture during the day so she could run around and play with the other dogs. I would spend extra time with her to build trust. I would reward her for good behavior and I would treat her like royalty.
What may be a reason that you would return this dog?: If she fought any of my dogs or could not be contained, I would return her.

Kennel Name: Snowdrift kennel “SDK”
Show Name: [SDK’s] The gift of new beginnings
Call Name: Daisy
Harness color: Two complimentary ombré colors
Name meaning: With just a simple look at a daisy, you’d get a positive feeling and good vibes. While the flower holds many meanings, a few examples would be– purity, innocence, and new beginnings. When I first saw this pretty Baltic, she gave me a positive feeling for some reason, she just seems like she’d be the sweet one of the kennel.

Kennel Link: Sovereign NobilityShow Name:Sovereign's Great Lioness
Call Name: Alexi
Harness Colour: Metallic Silver
Name Meaning: Freya (the owner) has been searching for her diamond in the rough for a long time. Needless to say, the first time she saw Alexi she just
knew that she would be her first. She'd seen her run and it had always reminded her of a Lioness' loping gate in the midst of a long sprint towards her prey. The structure on the dog, her raw skill, was gorgeous and majestic. It might be such a single thing to notice, but to Freya it was everything.

Kennel Link: MSBHShow Name: All Bark and No Bite
Call Name: Trixie
Harness Colour: Black
Name meaning: Her show name "All Bark and No Bite" refers to a line her owners say often. Most people are slightly intimidated by her upon first spotting the canine. They assume she's dangerous because of how
loud she barks. The dog doesn't mean to be loud, she's just a giant goofball who can't control her volume. So Trix's owner often says "She's all bark and no bite"
"Good Memory? What's That?"

Show Name: bik will o wisp
Call Name: whisper
Harness Colour: resemble the folklore/electric blue wisps
Meaning wrote:The will-o'-the-wisp is a flame-like phosphorescence caused by gases from decaying plants in marshy areas. In olden days, it was personified as "Will with the wisp," a sprite who carried a fleeting "wisp" of light. Foolish travelers were said to try to follow the light and were then led astray into the marsh. (An 18th-century fairy tale described Will as one "who bears the wispy fire to trail the swains among the mire.") The light was first known, and still also is, as ignis fatuus, which in Latin means "foolish fire." Eventually, the name will-o’-the-wisp was extended to any impractical or unattainable goal.
