Prompt: Ever since he was a little cub, his favorite game was Spot the Croc. Hjörtur would wander too close to Lake Kivu, which always alarmed his caregiver. He was just trying to spy on the crocs closer with the older cubs, and he always had a good eye for finding them. The way the game works is that one of the older cubs sees the crocodile first and keeps the location a secret, only telling the other cubs when they're getting hotter or colder. It can get confusing in the rainy season when there are logs in the lake. Hjörtur was usually the one to find the crocodiles first, and he soon became the best at the game. Now that he's older, he still plays with some of the cubs and encourages them.

Lefay's favourite game is leapfrog. Any other animals witnessing lions attempting to play leapfrog would immediately be frightened at the whole idea. Lions are big, they have sharp claws, and they have the strength to leap surprisingly far. It becomes quite the aggressive competition; Lions will make long lines, nose to tail, and challenge the lion at the back to jump over every single body in that line. It is not a game without injuries; stray claws nicking a shoulder or two in preemptive attempt to grip the ground when landing the jump, or sometimes you won't quite make it and will collapse onto another lion in a heap. Lefay is a very skilled jumper, able to clear most - if not all - lion lines challenged with. She loves to watch the chaos, and also likes to show off now and again!

However, with the leader of her pride being a cub, Monte has learned to come up with various games in order to sate the young king's boredom. Her personal favorite is "I Spy" - very simple, and doesn't seem like it'd be very effective in somewhere as barren and dull as the Hellscape, but it works like a charm ninety percent of the time. Llyovii is constantly finding new things that interest him, and it amuses Monte to no end what the young leader will find. Such a creative lad, he is. Gives her a bit of hope for the future. Maybe things aren't so bad after all.
