at the moment, they eye/paw/palette ref isn't colored in!

this kel does not have piebald or colored sclera, so please edit that out of the traitlist! or edit the kel itself. due to them having extra scales on the tail and wings, they'd also have rare scale placement/extra scales.

the glowy goop coming out of the vents would be a chosen trait (elemental aspects goo/ink) so please edit the glowy goop to look less like it :0c
