what irritates them the most?:
He hates that feeling of being trapped, it doesn't have to be a physical trapped it can also be an emotional stuck, or a social flatline. on top of claustrophobia he has to keep moving upwards, onward, and forward. He is incredibly driven and heard headed so he has to keep moving forward of else he goes a little bit crazy.

what irritates them the most?: Nobody knocks! Ever! If someone is going to disrupt his day, the least they could do is knock on his door! It costs zero cents to knock. It's not like he's doing anything bad! But it's respectful at the very least to knock! He doesn't like being jumpscared every time someone just barges in. And another thing! After they're done disrupting his day, no one shuts his door! He's not lazy, but it's annoying to have to get up and go and shut it after someone has left it agape! Argh!! [91 words]

what is their favorite animal and why?: (at least 50 words)
their favourite animals are sharks. why, you may ask? well, they've always seemed pretty cool to this keldine. he'd often wonder how they swim around and breathe underwater. he's also fascinated by how huge they are! of course, he'd never come close to a blood-thirsty shark in real life, but he loves watching videos of them swimming in the ocean and he loves reading up on the intriguing facts about them. it's always fun to research about the things you love, and back in middle school when he'd be asked to create any sort of assignment about animals he'd always pick the shark. it's mysterious, it's huge and he finds them hella cool. what more could you want from this strange fish-friend?

what irritates them the most?: (at least 50 words)
they're very irritated by noises. it's a strange irritation, but oh how it bothers him! sometimes it gets so loud he simply can't take it and snaps at others. especially back in school when his classmates would be loud during quizzes or tests and he'd have to endure all that talk while trying to concentrate on the math problem at hand. it might sound silly, but he hates it. it's called sensory overload, apparently. he's heard of it once or twice. or whenever he's at home, playing video games or reading quietly and he hears his neighbours buzzing around or the cars outside get too loud for him, he curls up and covers his ears. it just always has irritated him a lot.

what's their favorite toy?: (at least 50 words)
her favourite toy is the bunny plush she was given by her now-deceased grandmother at birth. she's always hugged it when she was scared and talked to it when she was little. during tea parties, she always made sure to ask mr bunnie how he was and if he wanted sugar in his tea or not. this made her grow into a quite compassionate, caring and empathetic keldine and her toy is a reminder of comfort and empathy.

what's their favorite toy?: Neon had always been fascinated by glow-in-the-dark toys, particularly because they were the same color of his scales. His favorite of the bunch was a dinosaur one, something he brought along with him wherever he went. More that a mere companion, Neon treated the toy like his guardian during the night, as he found comfort in seeing his dinosaur glow beside him during bed time. Sometimes, he would look up to the ceiling with glow-in-the-dark stars and drift off to sleep while imagining what the world and night sky was once like during the time of the dinosaurs. (98 words)

what is their favorite animal and why?: Growing up in a house with a garden in the backyard, Maggie had been fond of all sorts of garden creatures. However, a creature she had taken a liking to more than the others were caterpillars! She had been given a book about insects at a young age, and she was absolutely fascinated with metamorphosis and how little wriggly creatures could transform to such majestic insects that could fly. Occasionally, as she helps water the plants in their garden, she looks for caterpillars, names each of them, and makes sure to come back to the same area the next days to watch them grow. She has seen a handful of caterpillars grow from young to cocoon to butterfly or moth, and each one makes her happy. (126 words)

what is their favorite animal and why?: Page has always loved birds. However, her favorite kind is Greater bird-of-paradise! She has always been fascinated by their tails and colors. Page’s dream has been to go to a rain forest, and find all dots of birds of Paradise. She loves the dances, and unique looks that they have, so finding one on the wild would be the beast experience ever!

what is their favorite animal and why?:

Xafara’s favorite animal is a deer. Any type, any kind, the graceful creatures of the trees and plains draw out her curiosity. They have great intelligence, and aren’t so easily caught.
In the spring the young fawns stick close to their mothers, their spotted pelt and tiny features making them hard to see beside their mothers flank. Xafara hopes one day she could protect her own pup as good as the mother doe does, protecting them from the predators of the forest.
In the summer the deer often visit the creek to drink, the best time of year for spotting them. Xafara waits next to a nearby tree, the glistening creek just a ways in front of her. She’s able to watch the deer come in and drink without a problem, often seeing how much the fawns had grown. Young bucks growing their antlers out are often seen as well, Xafara recognizing each buck by his own antler shape. What curious characteristics the deer have.
In the fall, the deer roam and look for breeding partners, the fawns often left by their selves as their mother looks for a buck. The air is colder and crisp, deer now coming in sparse herds to the creek.
But as winter falls, so does the ice, turning the creek into a slippery passage. Deer are hard to find, but their tracks are everywhere. Xafara can’t wait until the coming spring, to repeat the cycle all over again. With such a respect for the deer, she as well respects the meat they provide for herself and the other predators. Not only are deer graceful and intelligent, they are quite tasty as well.

what irritates them the most?: There it lay. That colorful cube, mocking him. Darius bitterly glared at the cube and growled softly at it as he glanced around the room.

He was going to get rid of this thing from his office, for his co-workers put it there as a joke to irritate Darius and it worked.

The Rubik Cube.

This may sound like he’s being very dramatic, but he hates that thing with every inch of his being. At first, he thought that he could solve it like any other person. It surly looked simple enough. After many, many attempts and broken cubes, Darius has decided that him and the cube are sworn enemies. He’s broken numerous cubes and dedicated MANY hours toward solving the thing, but he just can’t crack it. Any time it is brought up in a conversation, Darius gets mad and has to leave before he has an entire meltdown over the cube. Some people have even seen him beating it with a bat to break it.

Maybe someday Darius will be able to beat it and understand the world’s great mysteries behind the notorious Rubin’s cube but for now...

He’s tossing that thing over a bridge.

what is their favorite animal and why?: (at least 50 words)
Kokota is quite a softie and gt pushed around by her older siblings, even into her adult years. She always admired strong, proud figures due to her personal experience. That's why she came to love big cats, specifically tigers! Their bold colors, their loud, ferocious roars - She found them fascinating and inspiring. When she'd be running in track, she'd imagine the swift movements of a tiger to help her form. When she needed a burst of confidence, her memories of watching documentaries on such creatures came into play.

Despite this, she's still quite the softie, and is very shy. She secretly hopes that one day she can be as proud and strong as one of the large cats she adores.... but in the meantime, don't expect her to go to sleep without her tiger plushie...

what's their favorite toy?: Nali loves building blocks of various sorts. She's even flexible on it technically being "blocks". If you can construct things out of it, she'll like it.
This ranges from actual building blocks, to train sets, to Mechano or K'nex, to Lego.
She was inseparable from those plushy stacking cubes as a baby and from brightly coloured wooden blocks, and from those connecting geometric straws. She loved stickle bricks. She used to make keldines out of stickle bricks, but quickly swapped into making buildings, and more mechanical types of things.
She likes origami too - but she doesn't just follow instructions. She does complicated mathematics and geometry to work out the exact pattern of folding that a design would need before any folds have been made, and makes all the folds before any assembly really happens, to maximise the neatness of the design*.
Nali loves constructing new ideas out of toys still, and wants to be able to do that as an adult.
In short - she's a future engineer in the works.
She loves making buildings from blocks, and she also loves making machines, especially toy cars. It sometimes surprises other young keldines how she brings self-made toy cars whenever any others decide to play with toy cars.
Naledi likes any toy that encourages creativity, but construction toys, especially building blocks, are her absolute favourites.

*This is an actual thing. My brother does this.

what irritates them the most?: Bad grammar. It's really not that hard, everyone!
If you could care less, that means you do care, if just a little, because you could care less!
If you shouldn't of done something, then "Done Something" is a title because there's a shouldn't of it, and you shouldn't have made that mistake!
If you try and do something, that means you do it twice and you deliberately messed up the first time - you should try to speak properly!
The dog wagged it's tail - and spontaneously lost 90% of its body as it transformed into just being a tail.
"I ain't done nothing wrong" might be right in some languages but not English and you surely have done something wrong in saying that.

The worst bit is that no one seems to be immune to it. They've heard their teacher talking with grammatical errors before; even Shakespeare made grammar errors!
"Now, Hamlet, hear.

what is their favorite animal and why?: Geckos!
They're fascinating already, thanks to their ability to climb almost anything, and to do that just by using texture on their feet - and he's allowed to find them interesting and amazing just thanks to that, thank you very much!
But the main appeals are both in their appearances. Thulani loves the colours and patterns, and the wide variety of them. His very most favourite types of geckos are very colourful ones with very bright patterns. He loves the bright colours, especially the bright greens and bright yellows of some species.
His very most favourite aspect of geckos is their faces, though. Huge eyes, a little nose, and a wide, derpy mouth - complete with a pink little tongue, perfect for blepping - make them absolutely adorable.
He just wants to give them a little affectionate snuggle every time he sees one, and he likes watching what they get up to.
He also loves their little teeth, too, not because teeth are inherently adorable or anything, but because they have a strong bite that's not overly painful, you can get a gecko to just hang from stuff by its mouth, and when you do so, their legs and tail splay out and it's hilarious and absolutely adorable.

what's their favorite toy?: Isha's favorite toy would have to be her stuffed owl, whom she has given the name Hibou to. She is a big worrier, and can never seem to get the bad things out of her head, but Hibou is always there to calm her. A safety blanket, of sorts, but in the shape of an owl. A packet of lavender is tucked within Hibou, one of the few smells that Isha will willingly zone into, calming her. She has had Hibou since she was young, and the years have been starting to show. She has had the little owl fixed many times, unwilling to let go of her best friend from childhood.

what is their favorite animal and why?: Ara's favorite animal would be the elephant, with their large, towering figures, strong trunks, and the blaring noises they make. But, what really calls to her is the gentleness of these large creatures, and the way they remember everything. They become tender and sad when they come across the bones of a fallen friend or family member, caressing the bones with their trunks as they mourn. These large, towering animals have the ability to be sad and recognize their family, reminding Ara that no matter how strong you may be, you have to balance it with softness and love, and allow yourself to feel.
