on top that all have pink and blue frosting with exactly 28
sprinkles each. put it on top of 4 plates and let me smash 2 of them.
make sure theres syrup around the edge of the cup with salt sticking
to it. last but not least, make sure to use frosting on the cup to make
a design so i can lick it off.
