Within them are plush toys lined up the walls, with drawers overflowing with all sorts of small accessories and trinkets. From behind one of the tents emerges a spritzy looking bull, who meets your eyes from across the sea of energetic bovines and bounds over to you excitedly.

▸ As with almost all of the booths in this event, Sideshow Alley is a development-based booth!
▸ There will be a new prompt everyday at CS Rollover, involving a carnival game and something about your Buttermilk (or Bluebell/Buttercup)
▸ Answer however you'd like - art or writing! Writing prompts have a minimum of 100 words, art prompts need to be at least a clean lined xxsketch.
▸ Only use one cow to answer the prompts throughout this event! Other cows may be mentioned in prompts, however.

Alberon wandered over to sideshow alley, eyeing each booth and finally coming to a stop in front of the ring toss. She had seen this done many times but hadn't actually thrown one that she could remember. She lifted a brow at the bull running the game happily as he helped another customer. 'Aren't all these rigged anyway...', she chuckled to herself but still found herself stepping right up after the line had dwindled down. "Heya...uh I'd like to try please...". Reading the sign she saw that she had to talk in order to play. That...had an interesting vibe but she wasn't sure how interesting her story could be. "Alrighty um so I'm here by myself, no friends yet and I suppose that's part of why I'm here. I left my original barn life because I felt so lost with life. I watched all my friends grow out of this phase and move towards different paths and I couldn't drag myself out of a pit of...almost despair that I felt about moving on. It's not like I was scared I just don't think I was ready for it. Honestly, I still don't think I'm ready. But something has been calling me forward, like a tug at my heart. I want something more and I think there's a big adventure out there for me...as cliche as that sounds." She takes a pause, eyeing to make sure she hadn't bored the bull to death.

"But um...yes. I'm here to figure myself a bit more so I think it's perfect timing. Hopefully, by the end of this, I can learn a bit more about myself and come to terms with who I am as a person. I think that would be great." She smiles and nods. "Yeah, that's why I'm here. Thanks for letting me vent a bit." She picks up some rings and tosses them as best as she can.

Excitement was building in Aria’s stomach. The ring toss booth awaited her. Aim well, toss the ring and hope your throw lands on a bottle. It always made Aria excited for some reason but sweet heavens was she bad at aiming.
Regardless, she looked at the bull in front of her and smiled.
“Well, there were posters and announcements regarding the Farmer’s Market everywhere and it sounded really exciting. I’ve never been to such an event and thought it would be a good time to go and give it a shot. I’ve explored quite a few spots of the event already and I’m really loving it so far. I’m hoping to continue having a great experience and I’m looking forward to future events like this!”

Well I guess I have a story for you!” Antheia smiled at the bovine, her eyes closing slightly. “When I was younger I remember my mom taking me to one of these farmer markets. Although thinking about it now I think that one was just filled with food booths and no fun games…” She paused and threw one of the rings that was handed to her. “Even though there were no fun games I enjoyed the time I spent with my mom and how the atmosphere was filled with excitement and laughter. I think I just wanted to experience what it was like again. All the commotion of people buzzing around and buying things but also enjoying their experience at every booth. It’s sweet, ya’know?” She paused to throw another ring but also trying to keep the bovine on the edge, almost like what a cliffhanger does to you. She smiled sheepishly and continued, “I’m not just here for me though. I’m here to help people. I might not be one of the staff of the booths but I am indeed here to assist. Earlier today I helped Sorrel with planting seeds just because it’s how my parents raised me. ‘Treat people how you want to be treated my little flower and in return they will help you or provide.’ I just hope the market runs smoothly and nothing to extreme happens that we can’t handle” She threw the last ring and turned towards the bovine.

She said that cows from all over are welcome. I thought it funny at first that humans weren't allowed to go, but when my owner asked if I'd like to go, I eagerly nodded my head. By the looks of the brochure, it seemed like so much fun! Of course there have been some ups and downs, like the wasp incident at Sorrel's Greenhouse, eugh- but it's been really nice! I've started to discover more of me. I'm still not the brave and courageous heifer my mother would want me to be, but I'm gettin' there."
Carmie ended off her little positive rant and threw a ring. It missed by an inch. Carmie looked at the booth's owner and shrugged, a dopey smile on her face. She was here to have fun, whether she won a game or not.

"i was told about this market a few weeks ago! we're short on seeds to grow in our greenhouse and i can't really find the type of seeds i need around where i live - snowdrift vale - so i found myself here to trade our famous honey and baked goods for some seeds and other things i might need. plus, being nocturnal, i don't get out and about much so i wanted to do something for the first time in awhile. this area without snow and with so much light is foreign to me, i'm used to everything being cold and dark. there are other members of snowdrift vale who stay out in the daylight, but not me. besides, i'm in charge of the greenhouse. anyways, got some rings i can toss?"

"I was curious," Delphi says simply, scooping up her allotted rings in preparation for the game. "I had never been to an event like this before, and most of my family hasn't either. When Thalia brought word back that the farmer's market was coming to town, I convinced all the girls to make a group trip of it. They're all off at other booths throughout the fair," Delphi says, smiling slightly as though wondering what her friends are up to at the moment.

"It's definitely a change of pace- Cherry Creek is so lovely, a secluded and peaceful little farm. But this place- it's so crowded, and there's so much to do!" Delphi looks equal parts enthralled and surprised as she describes her impression of the fair. "I've never been in a place quite like this before, but though it's busier than I generally like I've been enjoying it here, so far." She fiddles with the rings she's picked up.

"I'm here to see what I can see, possibly meet some new folks, and have some fun while I'm at it," she says finally. "Though once my family's ready to go I certainly won't put up a fight- I have studies to get back to, after all!"

Her eyes are shining now- though it's a little tough to tell if that's from excitement about the fair or joy at the prospect of returning to her research.
