Their favorite Crimes; Playing pranks. Contour loves to play pranks on others. He hides behind somewhere, unseen while someone walks by and falls for the pranks.
Yet sometimes he goes a bit too far... One day on the streets, a man was walking from work. It was 12 am, dark, and the sky was covered with clouds. Contour had set his perfect trap. Snakes. He placed a bunch of snakes in a bag and waited for the man to arrive.
These snakes weren't regular, nor native to the town. They were rattle snakes. The man walked past and saw the bag. Curious, he opened it slowly. Suddenly, the snakes lunged, biting him all over. He screamed in pain but nobody heard him. They were all asleep. He slowly cried waiting for the deed to be done. Contour laughed and that was the last thing the man heard.
Every once in a while, people would see these snakes and call the animal control. Contour just waited until someone was bitten once again.
Extra; He's an evil man. His jokes go too far sometimes but he doesn't care. The worse the prank, the better it is.

He never does anything big, but, let's be honest, when you look as cute as him, and your sibling so often gets judgement for their appearance, it's very easy for other FCDDs to just assume that your sibling did whatever you did wrong. And it's very easy to just casually... not correct that.
Or even to suggest them as a suspect. "Everyone knows x keeps pulling pranks and mischief and has no respect for rules."
There's more potential for pranks and mischief if no one has any idea that you have any mischievous bones in your body. In a sense, it's a continuous, and extremely long-running prank at their expense, that they get constantly blamed for all sorts of beautiful mischief and chaos, and they have no idea that that prank even happened at all until they're being blamed about it.
Mekone's sibling doesn't even know that it's his fault that they're constantly getting blamed for minor misdemeanours. To them, it's a complete mystery where these pranks are coming from.
Rest assured, if their sibling ever had a different gripe with someone, Mekone'd go very far out of his way to make sure that there was appropriate retribution in the form of - you guessed it - more pranks.

Their favorite Crimes; She has a tendency for finding absolutely stupid laws and then deliberately breaking them. People expect something far worse than that when they see her, and see her bad-girl behaviour, and how she boasts about committing a long list of misdemeanours.
That story she has about the epic police chase? Actually, she just walked through a London street carrying a fish on a Friday morning once and the chase was entirely made up.
Even things that aren't strictly a crime - her mother always said not to eat food that had been on the floor for longer than five seconds. How about five and a half seconds, huh?
She rebels against laws that she sees as unfair, too. If someone wants tribute from her, they better be the one to work out the exact numbers, because lots of people aren't as good at maths!
She claims she's an anarchist, but really, she just doesn't like it when leaders come up with stupid rules and thinks the easiest way to not have stupid rules is to not have leaders who make stupid rules. The idea of their being leaders who don't do this hasn't crossed her mind.
But also... she steals food a lot. People quickly stopped arguing with her taking food after hearing about how many crimes she's committed.
