To make it fair for everybody, I cannot accept the mare as she does not meet the rules to be used as a founder, therefore cannot be used here either.

Unless she has the cream gene removed or tobiano, no. Cream would be a modifier and tobiano would be a marking, so the two cannot be paired. I’m not trying to be picky, just making it fair for everybody.

Trying not to double post but I thought I’d add that it could be as simple as removing tobiano from her genotype and phenotype as her markings don’t strictly represent the tobiano pattern. It just has a lower chance of being passed onto offspring unless bred with an Ardmore with dominant tobiano genes.
