Idk, if you're going to ban some breeds, I suggest this one too, I've met about three of these dogs (Excluding my own, who is deaf) with consequences due to being this breed who suffer from it. (There is a breeder nearby.) It's pretty sad to see a dog that can only see through one eye, and can't have other contact with the world at all.

That looks kind of rude I think, it's just a suggestion seeing you've seemed to put a standard on having healthy dog breeds. Sorry if it seemed insensitive.
While I'm not staff, I'd like to throw in my .02 here.
Blue Merle is a coat color/pattern and not a breed itself, and it isn't dangerous on its own. However, breeding two merles of any color can result in a double merle, which can cause health problems, including deafness.
