story: Piercings are something special for those who have them.
Some get them to look cool or pretty, well others get them to express themselves in a way words cannot.
For some there Piercing tell a memory or a moment they get them to remember a time that they hold close to there heart. Well other do it out of curiosity. Similar to the way one would get a tattoo. It's something that can make one feel good about themselves and in some way make them feel unique.
For Niji his piercings are something special to him as they fall into a category of remembrance. For Niji his earnings in particular bring him back to the memory's he had with his brother The two of them were as close as two brothers could be.
Niji admired his older brother and always looked up to him, He was someone who was truly worth knowing. He was kind and caring and had always had that perfect leader inside of him, but he also had a fun rebellious side to him, in Niji's eyes he was probably the most coolest kalon there was.
And his brother was always known for his unique piercings that he would were
It was kind of his signature look one could say. It was rare to see him without wearing them.
At first Niji wasn't sure weather the Piercings suited him, but over time he quickly became to discover the many unique designs and shapes and types of piercings there were and it was through this and his admiration for his brother did Niji decide to get his own piercings when he was old enough.
And though his Piercings were more on the simple side Niji couldn't have felt happier as it was a new thing that he and his brother could share.
But through the course of time the two had drift apart as Niji had to say goodbye.
It was a day like any other Niji was a school when he realized an emergency call telling him of an accident his brother was in. Things weren't looking so good and it was advised that he came over to say his good byes.
And two this day it was the hardest thing Niji had ever had to do. To see his brother in that state to have to be in this moment saying goodbye...
And yet it is a memory that he holds close to his heart as it was the last moment he got to spend with his brother. And it was in that final moment did Niji receive his most precious piercings of all. It was his brother's final gift, his signature earing that he had worn for years. It was something small but to Niji this gift was like gold itself, it was something his brother loved but he also new that the gift was his brother's way of saying that having you as my brother was my most prized possession.
And so through the years and to this day Niji continues to wear his piercings and there's not a day that passes that he doesn't wear the earnings of his brother as it's a constant reminder and in some way makes him feel like he's there watching over him.
