This fiesty little girl is UFA, she has been working with handlers but retains her skittish, wild nature. She really only comes 'round when its bottle time! Poor girl, she just needs a little patience and a lot of love! She is VERY interested in other horses- but has yet to meet with any other horses (as far as we know.) We're just glad to have found her as soon as we did- she certainly wouldn't have made it much longer without any sustenance or protection.
She will make a great addition to any herd!

How'd this foal come to be orphaned? Peachy was found in an old paddock with a lot of other mares and foals. They assume the mare couldnt find the foal in the mess and left her. She was dirty and cold, she had been nearly trampled and kicked by other mares multiple times. Peachy was brought to a rehab establishment where she met Dahlila, a blue roan overo Quarter mare. Dahlila is calm and well tempered, so she was a good nurse mare for Peachy. Soon, Peachy adapted and is now growing into a beautiful young mare. Peachy loves running with Dahlila in paddocks and she enjoys laying in the sun. Shes started to develop a more silly personality. When she had to be weaned, she was upset. Peachy currently lives in a nice, roomy stall next to Dahlila and an unnamed mustang colt.
