Liquid Crystal Darlings (LCD) are breedable adoptables with
the general themes of vaporwave and glass. But don't be
surprised if there's any deviation! Our main focus is good designs!

LCDs will be available via. regular adoptions, OTAs, flat sales,
auctions, raffles, custom slots, and breedings! Best of all, they're
adopts not a species! So you can do what you want with them!

Come get some fun characters with low stress rules!

+ You are allowed to edit LCDs after obtaining them.

+ LCDs can be traded/gifted/readopted universally.

+ LCDs can be sold for their intial value + any addtional art value, for any currency, real or fake.
++ LCDs obtained for "free" (contests, raffles, giveaways) have a value of $0 and must have $20 worth of art added to them before they can be sold.
++ Babies of breedings have the initial value of the cost of the breeding slot.

+ There are no ownership limits at the present time. This is subject to change.

+ All LCDs can breed unlimited times.

+ You can make any LCDs you own into sonas or roleplay with them.

+ No co-ownership. LCDs can only have one owner to keep any rehome transactions easy.

+ Adoption entries with WIP left on them count as unfinished and will not be considered.

+ DO NOT harass staff members about due dates. They are people with lives and if life can keep you away from CS, it can keep them too. Reminders can be sent if a month passes with no explanation.

+ We will announce when we are looking for staff, otherwise we aren't looking for anyone.

+ Do not mini-mod. Staff can handle all questions.

+ Rules can change at any time at the discretion of the staff.

LCDs can breed in a few different configurations! Here's what those are!

Your LCD x Your LCD = 1 Baby
Simple enough! You breed 2 of your LCDs and get one new one!

Your LCD x Thier LCD = 2 Babies
If you and someone else breed your LCDS you'll both get a kit
and you can split the cost however you want!

Your LCD x ANY Anthro design You own = 1 Baby
Don't have two LCDs?
Well you can breed with any other Anthro OCs you own!

Your LCD x ANY Anthro design They own = 2 Babies
Wanna get your friend into LCDs?
Have them breed one of their Anthro OCs with your LCD!

++ What makes Liquid Crystal Darlings not a species?

LCDs are commonly themed adopts, but they don't have any real traits, rarities, or rules forcing you to keep them the same forever!

++ How much am I allowed to edit my LCD?

As much as you want! But like it's weird to buy an adopt then make them completely different 100%. But up to you I guess!

++ If I edit my LCD so much that it's basically a new character then can I make them separate?

If you go that wild with edits you can BUT:
+ The new character will NOT be a LCD
+ The original artist needs to be credited as a designer

++ Why are you crossposting to Toyhou.se?

Because you're allowed to sell/trade/gift LCDs freely we need a way to track their movement. Toyhou.se lets us see where LCDs go AND keep the correct credit attached. Making the artists stress less! This is also scam prevention for you the consumer!

++ Do I have to/can I remake the toyhou.se of the LCD I won?
Please don't!! When you win I'll transfer the ownership to you. You can 100% delete the default profile code they have but don't remake the character. LCDs have their profiles premade so that their credits don't get erased.

++ I don't have a toyhou.se, but I want one! Can you help?

++ I DON'T want to use toyhou.se. What are my options?

If you use any other character storage format you will need to PM me every time your LCD changes hands. If your LCD is traded/sold/gifted and we aren't told you will just be banned flat out.
