Towheepaw's favourite activity to do in the snow is a snowball fight! As The Kin is located in a tundra she is often able to take part in this activity every day, making in a competition between her and her friends to see who can avoid being caught for the longest. The game consists of gathering snow with your paws and tossing it at each other - similar to how mossball is played, and the cat who gets hits the most is ultimately the loser of the game. Only the apprentices and kits enjoy this game, however, as the warriors have begun to show a rapid disinterest in the game - getting snow in your pelt first thing in the morning due to the acts of an apprentice is not the best way to begin your day.

As of this, the apprentices are only mean to play snowball outside of camp.

Of course, they don't listen.

Zora heard the sounds of the others scrambling to find someplace to hide in the white expanse of the territory. Playing hide and seek was not easy in the snow, but Zora almost always came out the champion. It wasn't because her pelt was a lighter color, not at all; but rather she was willing to go through a lot of work to win.

As soon as the countdown began and Demetri turned his back, Zora ran to the side of a tree, where a recent pile of snow had dropped from it's branches. She had been eyeing it all morning during their training. She dug her small paws into the back of the mound of snow, disturbing it enough to create a small opening she could fit her body in. With a few more pats, she hardened the snow inside to make it more comfortable to lay on, and reached a paw up to close off the entrance she had made, hiding it from view.

Light could still shine into her little hiding spot, and she could see the movement of the cats outside, their groans and chuckles as they were found. But Zora would be the last to be found, she always was. She was carefully remove herself from her snowy cave, smugly returning to the others once they had given up. Even when they weren't playing games, Zora loved to find piles of snow to hide in, able to have her own peace and a place to think for a little while.

[color=#BF80FF]With her duties out of the way that early evening, something Spottedfeather had admittedly rushed due to the conditions outside, she- like most of the clan- had receded into the warrior's[ den where most of the adult population had gone for the time being. Snow was a rarity for Hollyclan and this was the second fall of the year.

Kestrelpaw loves it when it snows. Eyes lit with joy, she will bustle out of the apprentices den and beg for a day off from training. When her mentor reluctantly agrees, she'll joyfully bound off and gather up anything she can find. The small cat will work in secret, not letting anyone know what she's doing. After a day of curious glances and a large number of materials dragged into camp, her work is done.

"Let all cats gather around me for their presents!"

Bright smiles on all their faces, the Clan with gather around the apprentice, more than happy to humour her. "I made you all snow cakes again! But each one is made special, so let me give them out!"

Pride in her eyes, Kestrelpaw will list out each cat's name and present them with a small pile of snow, trimmed with a specific topping. "Parsleystep, you get a parsley leaf I stole for the Healer's den of course! And Duskfall, I your one has a crunchy pinecone to match your pelt!"

No cat really understands when or why the kit started doing it, but it's somewhat of a tradition at this point. And no cat complains, more than happy to partake in an activity that brings cats together in good spirit while moods may be low.

Most importantly though, Kestrelpaw gets to show how much she cares for her Clan, and the cats that brought her into this happy life.

Fleetpaw loves to tunnel in the snow. Small places make her feel comfortable and safe and the way the snow feels on her feet is cold, but feels so crisp. She loves how the tunnels heat up thanks to her body heat. She hopes that leafbare will last a long time so she may play like this forever.
