Whats your favorite thing about this time of year? Whenever the temperatures finally drop a bit, and the holiday spirit seem to be everywhere, it gives me an opportunity to pull out all those sweatshirts and sweaters that had been sitting in my closet. Its always nice to go out in these cozy bundles to retrieve a warm cup of coffee or tea. Honestly, Everything about winters is beautiful, but those winter clothes are one of the best parts!

Whats your favorite thing about this time of year? My favorite thing about the holidays is getting to spend so much time with my family. Unfortunately we have less family this year due to losing my Grandpa last year, but he will still be with us in spirit alongside the rest of our departed kin.

What’s your favorite thing about this time of year?: I get to use the fireplace and all the wood I’ve cut throughout the year at last. I love sitting around the fire with my family and dog, the smell of the burning wood, playing backgammon with my mom while the dog cuddles up with us. Dad’s awful taste in music playing in the background unless my brother or I wrestle control from him.
