Whats your favorite thing about this time of year? My favorite thing about the holidays is getting to spend so much time with my family. Unfortunately we have less family this year due to losing my Grandpa last year, but he will still be with us in spirit alongside the rest of our departed kin.

Whats your favorite thing about this time of year? Definitely gift giving; I love to go out and search for things that I know my friends and family will love, and the anticipation of them opening them on Christmas usually gets me all excited. A close second would be decorating and going out looking at Christmas lights, which has been a tradition with my mother since I've been a little girl, and it's something I hope to share with my children one day.
