Emergency Aeonian Aid EventA large group of wild Aeonians showed up last night! They're absolutely filthy! I can't even tell what they look like underneath.
Unfortunately, the Aeonian Center for Equine Development doesn't have the necessary space to take them all in. They need your help! They're looking for stables that will take in these wild Aeonians, and care for them until they can get to testing them. There's reason to believe some of these new Aeonians will introduce a few new mutations to the domesticated species!
Once you've taken in a horse, make sure to give them a bath! Once they're bathed, A.C.E.D. will get to testing! Hopefully we'll find some unique beauties from this herd!
Be sure to register your stable with Exotica. so the A.C.E.D. know where to find you, and your untested Aeonians!

To hog or not to hog? To hog! She loves it that way, so does everybody else. She is always catching the wondering eyes of others. So what she doesn't have a mane, or forelock at that? She's relieved to have the thick mat of mane gone, and can now do what she's always wanted; to run and kick up her heels without anything weighing her down. The disgusting mat of a mane had caused her neck creat to flop over, causing neck damage. It wasn't permanent, much to our glee, as the next day she was in the pasture, head held high.

To hog or not to hog?
With her newly roached mane, Séasúr seems relieved, if not a bit confused at times.
The pain of her neck lessens each day without the heavy, pulling and dirty mass that her mane used to be,
but when she shakes herself out or she turns to her left, the side it always hung over, she often gives out a brief
and quite squeal of surprises. It’s as if she was expecting the heaviness to pull her further to the side, or perhaps
a thwacking against her neck that will no longer be there.
Nobody knows for sure what she feels she’s missing, truly, but the look of relief at the knowledge that whatever
it is won’t be coming next is something that brightens anyone who watches her. Perhaps in time a well cared for
mane will be a nice touch, but for the foreseeable future hogging Séasúir’s mane will be the new normal.
She certainly appreciated the roaching at the time, and the gentle massaging to her neck each morning!

To hog or not to hog? Before it became matted, Raspberry's mane was very long and flowy, in fact, almost long enough to reach the ground. It used to be her greatest treasure. She was confident and indeed proud of it and constantly showed it off. Becoming very narcissistic, egoistic and believed to be the most beautiful mare around. Even as it got increasingly tangled and pained her, she wouldn't stop boasting what a pretty girl she is.
As humans roached her mane, she was devastated. She didn't want to lose her wonderful mane, no matter what pains and discomfort it brought her. She started getting awfully depressed and listless, her ego and confidence took a major hit. She even went so far to keep calling herself an ugly duckling and became furious if other AWs tried to cheer her up or told her she would look good. While her neck was feeling much better in a short amount of time with the matted mass gone which weighed her down, Raspberry's mood continued dropping. She didn't want to leave the barn anymore and stayed indoors all day long, hiding in the corner of her box where no one could see her.
Until a smart girl in the barn had an idea, who had watched the mare for a small period of time. The whole staff decided to give the light-colored horse extensions until her healthy mane grew back. And it worked fabulously! With new-found confidence, her usual behavior, as well as her attitude, started surfacing. In fact, she even agreed to keep it a little shorter from now on to prevent another tragedy.

To hog or not to hog? Alli seems to have mixed feelings about it. She enjoyed her mane long, just not when it affected her poorly. She likes that the pain is gone, though. Alli doesnt agree with her mane being touched, but she does seem to want to grow some back.

sorry about the wait, i really loved this response as it seemed to take a different path than the common theme. I will update her in a moment and let me know if youd like a version with her tag on
