Prompt;; (369 words)
aaaaThey called me Aconite. For those of you who don't know, it's a flower. It symbolizes death.
aaaaFrom the moment I was born, they said that I would die. I didn't. They didn't believe in me then, they don't believe in me now.

aaaa"Aconite!"
aaaaMy younger sister, Dewflow, bounds up to me.
aaaa"I want to race!"
aaaaWe're on top of a grassy hill right now. It's called the Nursery because it has the best grazing grounds, always filled with clovers and wildflowers, and mothers always take their little ones here to play. Dewflow wants me to play a common game with her, where we rabbits line up and race down the hill. The elder rabbits do their best to make sure the hill's kit-proof, so the game is perfectly safe, just like every other thing up here.
aaaaDespite not wanting to play, I agree. Dewflow deserves the best she can get, even if I have to give up what I want for her.
aaaaAs we line up at the start, some of the rabbits my age make their way over here. They want to race, too, and though the elders make sure the Nursery is kit-proof, they can't make any promises about words.
aaaaThe leader of the mean rabbits scoffs. "Oh, we're playing against you, Aconite? Even Dewflow is a better challenge. You were supposed to die, anyway. Actually, maybe that's why she plays with you - you're so easy to beat!"
aaaaDewflow blushes in shame and hides her head against my flank. I glower at the mean rabbits. "Go pick on someone you're own size."

aaaaThe reason I wear my mask and wings is because they make me feel protected. Dewflow gave them to me as a present and the other rabbits laughed, but I like them. They look nice and fit well, if I do say so myself.
aaaaWhen I'm wearing them, the mean rabbits don't pick on me as much. Even though they'll never admit it, I'm pretty sure the bucks have a secret crush on Dewflow. They worry that if they break my things, she'll take offense and won't play with them anymore, not like she does in the first place, but hey, you never know.

aaaa"Hey, Aconite," the leader of the mean rabbits says to me one day.
aaaaI look up at him, confused. "What do you want?" I ask warily. He never speaks to me, and definitely not when we're alone.
aaaa"Uh, so, the mask," he says nervously.
aaaa"Yeah, what about it?"
aaaa"Uh, so Dewflow made it?" he stutters out.
aaaa"Yeah," I say again. "So?"
aaaaHe leader hesitates before blurting out, "So do you think she'll make one for me?"
aaaaMy head jerks back in surprise, but not the bad type. Is that why he's been so much nicer to me? Why he hasn't said a hurtful thing in months and always volunteers to help around the house, even though the other mean rabbits have picked up on it and won't play with him anymore? I think he might be growing on me.
aaaaI contemplate it for a second before finally saying, "...she might."
aaaaThe leader - his name is Talon, by the way - nods before bounding away. I'm pretty sure he's blushing.
aaaaLater, I see Dewflow handing him a cape. I never tell Talon that I asked her to make it for him.
