What do you mean?
If you mean you’re asking if you can keep your old Clan, yes you can. There's nothing saying you're forced to give it up.

Can i post more than one level up in one post on the archive, or do i have to do seperate posts? And is there a cooldown period between levels, or can i post level ups 1 after another. (I have up to level 5 writings completed, but just got my founder today)

You can put multiple in one post, however mind the cat requirements for each level up.
For example; in order to level up from 1 to 2 you need your second cat, but you can use your MYO (if you make one or have one made before the event ends) for that task.
For 2 to 3, you need your deputy/another high rank.
And for 3 to 4, you need a medicine cat, or a third high ranking cat.

Since these cats can not be NPCs, and have to be actual rise cats, if you only have your founder (and a MYO, if you have one) you can't level to 5 just yet anyways. ^^
There is no cooldown.

Though, make sure to post only completed forms, so when you are able to level up when you have the cats/fulfilled requirements the archivist doesn't miss your post. ^^

Yes. Rise “2.0” is a continuation of the first Rise, of course you can still use your Clan. ^^
