“Luring” is very useful if you are feeling lucky, but havent won any adopting competitions. The way this works is that there are 5 things called trinkets. They are objects that can be used in Luring.

There are five different kinds of Trinkets, and they all correspond with a sector. There are... Spiked Collars for Ruffians, Necklaces for Nobles, Bracelets for Travelers, Scarves & Bowties for Saucers, and Leaf & Feather accesories/earrings for Foresters.

There are also Trinkets called neutral trinkets. They are not sector specific. They cannot be used as accesories, and can only be used in Luring. There are only 3 known neutral trinkets: Emeralds, Topaz, and Moonstones.

Trinkets can be gained from questing, prompt rewards, challenge rewards, and from events. you may also choose to gift or trade trinkets.

They can be used in the “Luring” game. See the post below for more information.

Once every day (cooldown is from when you post your form, not from when i accept it), using the form below, you may post that one of your cats has gone out on a mission to find new cats and you may choose to bring a trinket, but you dont have to. I will then reply to you and give you your results. There is a 10% chance to find a cat w/o using a trinket (randomized from the 5 sectors using this: x), it goes up to 30% if you use a neutral trinket. If you use one of the strong trinkets (like a Necklace or a Spiked Collar) the chance for finding the specific sector (like using a necklace for a Noble) goes up to 70% and the chance to find a different sectors goes to 20%, with a 10% you wont find anything at all. If you end up getting a cat, i will draw them underneath this post.

Trinkets may only be used once. There is also 5% chance that the cat you encountered will be wearing the trinket, which means you dont have to waste another trinket on putting it on the cat.

Trinkets will be stored in the bank, so we will check there to see if you actually have it or not.
