The catacombs are a vast underground network of tunnels, only accessible by a few select spots on the surface.
Ancient cats carved and explored these tunnels through centuries of hard work. At the heart of the catacombs
is a nook bustling with life: Catalena. Here cats live harmoniously in groups called guilds, in which every memb-
er has it's own special role. There are merchants, barbarians, witches, foragers, every type of citizen you could
imagine. Everyone contributes to Catalena in their own way and keeps it safe for the cats that live there.

“Okay here’s the deal. With the hole in my tongue for decoration I have a harder time now with it, than I used to. The spicy seems to get stuck in that hole and it burns way worse than if it was just on the top of my tongue. I still love it; I just have to decide if the pain is worth it. And what would make the pain worth it? Well if there is flavor to the spice, or if it’s just trying to melt my tongue and lips off.”

The store owner looked at him unamused and in silence.

“I understand that you are saying it is pineapple flavored, and I would love to believe you, but if you can’t give me a sample or something, I’m going to be skeptical of it.”

The store owner shook their head and reluctantly gave a small strip of chicken dunked in the sauce. Reaching over the counter, the flame blue cat took it and ate it tentatively. His eyes widened in shock and happiness.

“This is by far the tastiest spice I have ever had. The flavor is there, the kick is there! This is definitely worth the pain!” Handing the small amount of money, he had over, the cat left for home to start making dishes that would burn his tongue off with flavor. His favorite combination.

"Oh god, I feel like I'm on FIRE!" He wailed.
