Nico is a shy, but very kind person. He always knows what to say in almost any situation, the only issue is he has the bravery of a chicken nugget. Rather than speaking, he will break out into a cold sweat and run away from his problems.
When he isn’t forced to interact with others, he finds himself walking to his personal spot in the woods. A partially built tree house that was abandoned stands in a low tree, leaving a perfect over hang for him to disappear from reality. He will sit and think, sometimes he brings a few books and loses himself inside those words written by the wise. Other times, he will bring a sketch book. He will fill it with sketches of his mind, and once there is no longer any room for anything else he will hide it in the hollowed trunk of the tree.
Overall, Nico isn’t your average kid. He can’t even talk to a cashier without tears flooding his eyes. So he stays in his own mind, waiting for the day that he can show everyone that he is more than they think. Until then, he expresses himself through art and writing.

Peachy was usually described as ‘cute and cuddly, the shy one’ or, her personal favorite, ‘big dummy with a heart’. She is extremely clumsy, and with long legs and big paws, she was always tripping! She thought that she was one of the lucky ones, since she didn’t have a long tail to trip and fall over. She was quiet around a lot of people, and tended to stick to the walls or alleyways – which, she knows, is not safe, like at all; but what else could she do? Hang out around a lot of people who didn’t even know her name? no thank you! So, she mostly hid away.

Peachy’s favorite time of day is night, which is kind of ironic, since her soft coat basically gives her away whenever it’s dark out. She loves the twinkling stars and the bright moon – she could stargaze for hours if she could. Sometimes, she thought of running away to a place that was always night, where the sun didn’t even exist. That would be a world she would love to live in. A world where she wouldn’t have to be afraid of being seen or speaking out.

prompt: Coton is often described as a very shy dog. He loves to hang out with his friends, but only has a few. When around other dogs, he never talks unless spoken too, and often those dogs will just forget he's their. Sometimes Coton wishes he wasn't shy, but often is glad because it seems to him that the chatty dogs are the ones whose lives are full of drama. He likes living a simple and solitary life.

As a child, he grew up with two loving parents and three siblings. Coton was the second oldest of his siblings. His parents tried to support and help him as much as they could, but he disappeared to his room as often as possible. In his room, he liked to draw pictures. Coton would always look outside at nature and try to draw what he saw. He felt his drawings weren't good enough, so he never showed them to anyone.
Coton met his best and only friend is kindergarten, when he was the new kid after leaving his old school. They have been friends ever since. Their relationship as friends has been close to breaking a few times, but it survived.

Del was bought from a breeder and raised as a sheep herder on a small, family run farm. She was treated well, loved by her human and dog family alike, especially the young girl that named her. When she wasn't needed with the herd or playing with the other dogs, she was trotting alongside her human or waiting for her to get back from school. She's the happiest when she's around the ones she loves, but would also be pleased to expand her social circle.

Delilah is energetic and outgoing, though has trouble understanding when another animal isn't comfortable in her presence. She's pushy. Personal space isn't a concept that comes easily to her. She retains much of her puppy personality in this aspect, and can often be found pestering the older farm dogs, earning a snap of their teeth in return. While herding her primary responsibility, she's also be taught a large expanse of other skills, including livestock protection. When left out overnight, she's given a spiked collar in the case of a coyote attack. Luckily, this has never happened, and in the instance of a fight, Del would actually be pretty useless.
