Hikaru was an adolescent when Mabel found her so many years ago, the two were just kids and Mabel loved spending time with Hikaru when she could. Eventually within those years, Hikaru decided to follow Mabel home few times a week until Mabel made a hideout for them close to her home.
The two did end up splitting up as Mabel had to move because of the horrible treatment she got by her neighbors and classmates, who would mock her for being such a small dragon at only 10” as the others would be around 20-50” tall where she lived.
Mabel is now 16, and traveling with Tamaki and Haruhi. The trio wish to form a bigger and better pack seeking revenge for all those dragons who chased her away from the place she called home for most of her childhood. As the trio travels, entering her old home in search of an old friend, Hikaru, the first place they check is Mabel’s old hideout. Mabel hoped so much that her old friend would still be there, but alas the only thing that remained is a few feathers, fur, and scales.

The trio traveled for days, seeking out Hikaru even wondering if she is still alive.

The trio was searching for days, until finally a familiar scent came close. She was now almost twice the size of Mabel, beautiful and mature. Hikaru noticed Mabel was close, and whipped her head around facing Mabel. She peered at her, as if she didnt recognize her. It took a moment for Hikaru to process who is standing right in front of her, her very old childhood friend. Her face then lights up and Hikaru charges at Mabel going in for a hug. The two briefly celebrate their reunion and Hikaru doesnt hesitate to join the starting pack.
