Hes like a little green emerald in the desert. I would suggest for him to get some fresh air maybe go exploring through the desert. Dig through the ground and find something shiny. He looks like a collector too, eager to add to his collection!

What I would suggest the kalon to do? Well, would suggest they go for a walk. Not just any walk though. One through the forest. A forest full of life and green! This so he could get a breath of fresh air, clean air. If he went into the forest he could have birds to listen for if he's a bird watcher. Or he could even have certain animals he to look for. Like deer, raccoons, even certain species of bugs. Going into the forest and just walking the trails always calmed me down. So if it worked for me it might work for him. If he brought a notebook with him he might be able to make a documentary of things. Cause if he draws or has a job that involves plants or animals. He could document them in there natural environment. He could sit on the forest floor and just sketch away while adding little notes to the side of the draws he makes. Just not thinking about anything else but what he's currently doing. Or if he had a camera. He would be able to take pictures while he's on his walk. Like when he's out and finds a certain animal or insect. He could capture to moment. There would be noting else but him and that current time. No worries or anything. Like not even animals he could take pictures of. Just the forest and how it looks. Like a river with some tree's flowing over it. Some duckweed and some other plants on the edge of the river. Maybe he would even get lucky and catch a fish jumping out of the water at that exact moment? It would make a pretty picture to capture at the exact moment it happens. He could also just capture a frog that's sitting on a lily pad. Doing all of this would distract him from the hard time he's going through even for a moment. Like just one small thing can change someone's day for the better. So a walk through the forest will a notebook or even a camera is what I would suggest this kalon to do. (361 Words Total)

Suggestion?: I believe he lost a loved one so I recommend storing and remembering all the memories you had with them so you can never forget them, then when finished you should just take a relaxing holiday somewhere or do some activity you're passionate about to calm you down, try and reflect more on the future than the past.

My Suggestion:

When I'm having a hard time, and feel unhappy or lonely or like I've lost faith in myself, I breathe. I Inhale slowly, counting the seconds that pass as the air fills my chest, then exhale in that same slow, even way.
This calms my knee jerk reaction of panic-fear-sadness, and gives my muscles the opportunity to relax instead of being clenched in anxiety. I tell myself "It's okay to cry." Because crying when you are upset is natural and is not a sign of weakness like some would have you believe. Crying actually helps me to feel better in the long run, trying not to cry just makes everything worse. Then, I acknowledge the feelings for what they are, giving them space to exist so they don't get ignored, but not wallowing in them. I think of it like giving them time at the Oscars to give an acceptance speech. I let them say their piece, but if they last too long I start to play the "wrap it up" music. Sometimes it's not a clean break, and the feelings linger because they are caused by something I cannot change in my life. In cases like those, I find small things to be happy about to remind me that not everything is sad. Making wishes on dandelions I find growing in lawns, feeling the cold, misty air on my skin as I bike to school, the gusts of wind that catch me by surprise while I walk to class, these are moments that I can be happy, so I am. I won't let sadness take all the joys of life away from me.
These are the strategies I use for coping with hard times, so if a friend asked me for help this is what I would have to offer. I hope it works for Midoriya!

    xxWhen someone is struggling, we tend to be at a loss for words, or just simply don't know how we can help. We're worried we won't be able to do or say the right thing to lift them up, and we end up keeping to ourselves. You have to start by seeing the world as they see it; don't create silver linings or tell them "everything happens for a reason," because it isn't going to help. You have to try and understand their feelings and put yourself in their shoes, think of what's helped you in the past, and what's hindered you. It's ok to be curious about what's going on, but you don't want to push too hard and risk upsetting them further. The best thing you can do is let that person know that you understand their feelings and that you're there for them when they need it. Continue to check in with them regularly to see how they're doing, and if there's anything you can do to help... even if they say they're fine.

I would let them know that it's ok to not always be ok, and that they can confide in me whenever they need to. Sometimes when people are struggling, they either want to blame themselves or other people for their circumstances, and I would make sure they know it's not their fault or anyone else's. I know from experience that just knowing that you're not alone can help you feel less lonely and more hopeful, so I would let them know that I'm here for them whenever they need me, no matter what.

    xxA lot of people who go through tough situations lose hope or feel like they're not strong enough to get through it themselves. I would remind them that they are brave, and they can get through anything if they just try. I would remind them that they don’t have to solve the whole problem at once. If they just do the next right thing, they'll start to make progress toward their goal.

    xxSometimes, you have to notice the signs and make a decision... I wouldn't force him to come to me, because he might be too embarrassed to do it himself. I would ask him if he was doing ok, or if everything was going well, and if he said no, I would help him through it.

Suggestion?: I like to watch this youtube channel called School of Life. It is normal for us to fluctuate in our moods through periods. The important thing is to accept that and be kind to ourselves. We need to acknowledge that life is hard and explore further within ourselves to first understand what it is truely that is making us feel down, whether we harbour guilt, anxiety or anger towards ourselves for feeling that way, and let it all go. Let it all go knowing that it is ok for us to feel down and this is the time we most need to be there for ourselves. Be kind to yourself and seek help if you need to
