Looking for a roommate who's fine with ghosts.
I'll be honest, my last three roommates have left because the ghost in my house is really noisy. I've contacted her multiple times over this issue and she said she'd keep it down but sometimes she forgets not everyone is deaf like me. If you're hard of hearing, or just don't mind some noise I have a three bedroom house that I need help paying the rent on.
There's a room downstairs right next to the bathroom, it has a closet that you can walk into if you want, but normally people just put cloths in it. The room is pretty big with one giant window. It's carpeted and comes with it's carpet cleaner, it must be cleaned at least once every two months.
The room upstairs has the same thing as the one downstairs but has it's own bathroom. It has hardwood floors that from time to time can make a bit of sound. This room is normally the place where the ghost hangs out. She's really friendly and a bit curious, so if you're okay with her sometimes touching your stuff or coming in this room is just for you.
