"I'm... supposed to say yes, aren't I?" Myra says, looking suspicious. She's fiddling with her paws, and seems a bit nervous about something. "Because it's such a great opportunity and all, right?"

"But- honestly- I'm going to have to say no. Sorry." She continues in a rush, with an air of getting something over with. "People always assume that because of my starry fur I'd be into space. Which. Kind of? It's pretty and all, but I also find it kind of terrifying. Space is just so... infinite? Not to mention the cold and lack of gravity. I'd much prefer to keep my paws on solid ground, thanks.

"Besides- I've got stuff to do down here! I'm section leader for the clarinets in the marching band! And.. and I have a pre-calculus test coming up, and I really need to improve my grade in that! Also- I'd miss my friends. And my family. My pet bird... heck, even that grimy subway station I complain about every day.
