The kalon wandered through his forest home with his little friend, who hopped around on their head.

"Stay still for a moment, will you? You're going to give me a headache," Sylvan joked as he bent down to pick up a leaf and inspect it. The wren obliged and settled down in his hair.

The leaf was an oak leaf, like the rest of the leaves in the forest. Sylvan put it in between the pages of his journal anyways and slipped the journal into his satchel. He would catalog it later.

He was starting to get hungry, and he hadn't eaten since the morning before. It was now the next day's afternoon, and his stomach growled loudly. The wren chirped and fluttered on top of Sylvan's head. "Don't worry, it's not an animal. I'm just starving, and I'm sure you're hungry too," he told the bird.

As he continued along his never-ending path, he stopped by a plant with large fronds and crouched down. As Sylvan moved the leaves aside, plump berries were revealed. His mouth watered and he reached to pick one, but the wren squawked loudly. At the bird's alarm, he retrieved his journal out of the satchel and turned pages quickly. Sylvan came to one that had a drawing of the same plant and pointed at the berry, where a description beside it read "Fairy bell. Edible. Bland/sweet flavor."

Sylvan grabbed one and stuffed it into his mouth, sighing in relief at the tastiness that flooded over his tongue. He picked another one and held it to the wren, allowing it to peck parts of it. Continuing to harvest more, he hummed off-key as he worked.

The wren pecked Sylvan's head angrily until he stopped and began tweeting in perfect notes.

"Showoff," he muttered but laughed.

their average day/night;; Sylvio's average day isn't as crazy as you may think. It's crazier. First, he gets out of bed, puts his slippers on, and goes outside to McDonald's with his pajamas on and his bedhair. In McDonald's, he orders every item on the menu (Sylvio has a huge appetite) and eats his meal as slowly as possible, much to the annoyance of the employees. After eating at McDonald's, he goes to the gym not to exercise, but to watch other people exercise. It's strangely entertaining for him. Once an hour or two has passed (or Sylvio has been kicked out of the gym), he decides to watch some youtube videos while inside a library. He loves putting them up at full volume and wears headphones to make it look like he's oblivious. After he's been banned from another library, he goes back home and puts on an actual shirt and pants. He then goes to hang out with one of his friends, and together, they wreck havoc around their city by being complete jerks. They draw out what mean thing they'll do today in a hat with tons of possibilities written on a piece of paper. After they're done, Sylvio eats a salad at home and goes to bed.
