What is the highest rarity we are permitted to add on to a given custom?
And are there any good examples of the Chromatic gene?

No limit! And any of the guys you see on this MYO event are acceptable.

also i got a question- do we need to get our myos from this event approved first before they become official? i'm interested in making at least one (or more) myos for this event and i'm just curious about that since it doesn't seem to be mentioned in the rules,,,

All Qilins are official once posted unless I specifically state otherwise.
