the elegant stag.

you can often catch smallstag out in the meadow, relaxing as he enjoys the company of the deer that share these lands as their home. he feels a comfortable ease when amongst them, and wishes to be able to protect them as they have done for him. the main stag in the area has a rather strong bond to the small feline, and it seems when things are going array, he is there in the nick of time to assist with, or spook, whatever the issue may be. an animal of prey, sure. incapable? not at all.

Reason; Although this snake has quite the reputation as being the world's deadliest snake, they are actually only aggressive when threatened. They are one of the fastest land snakes in the world and can easily outrun a human. This speed is not attributed to hunting, but rather to escaping threats. Due to its nervous nature, this snake tends to shy away from confrontation, but when threatened it becomes a force to be reckoned with.

while these birds are never seen in Bearclan territory, they are incredibly representative of Goldenstrut. their colorful plumage often attracts attention, much like Goldenstrut's good looks and flirtatious ways - not to mention the fact that he likes to be the center of attention. however, when royal flycatchers aren't showing off their plumage, they look pretty discreet and nonspecific - much like Goldenstrut is able to blend in and do his scouting duties unnoticed. when he comes alive, though, he comes alive - often being loud and silly and holding nothing back.

Prompt;; Soft, elegant and quiet the animal that represents her most is the Rice Paper Butterfly. Silently fluttering through the forest landing on flowers in the field where Quietpaw can usually be found, she adores looking and watching as they blend among the flowers. Quietpaw is gentle and delicate much like the beautiful butterfly. She isn't strong or fierce and she has her own way of doing things. Prompt;; Beavers represent Lizardfang well for various reasons, the most notable being their hard work. He's always on the move, adding to his skillset when he's done with warrior duties for the day, and he always keeps the bigger picture (the clan) in mind in the process. He's also strong - not physically, but mentally, as Lizardfang is prepared for challenges and will tackle them with a strategic and positive mindset. The best animal to represent Lightningclaw is a shrew. It sounds insulting, but shrews are some of the hardest working animals out of necessity. They have to constant search for food to make their body weight and make it to another day. Though it may not be out of necessity, Lightningclaw is constantly moving and working hard to provide for the clan.

Chess likens his relationship with his late brother to that of the symbiotic one between a coyote and a badger. They helped each other hunt, and later in their lives were both solitary except for their reliance on each other. They competed, but in the end were working towards common goals--survival and sustenance. He sees himself as the badger rather than the coyote because his brother was always the more imposing one and stronger fighter, but despite this Woody never looked down on him.
